Aoife Norby is my pen name and internet presence. I wanted a place I could openly speak about my disability, health struggles and issues around disability issues in the advertising and tech industries that wasn’t directly tied to my legal name.
Employers are incredibly ableist and I need my legal name to be tied to my design work and not the nerve disorder and neurodivergent brain I have.
Aiofe is who is starting a company directly tied to creating products that are functional solutions for disabilities/chronic illness.
