This girl's got moxie.

I'm a UX designer from the Second City with a love of all things sci-fi, a yarn stash in need of projects, a bad dancing habit and the ability to speak two (and a half) languages.

The official party line is a bit more technical. With 10 years of professional work experience, 8 of them in a creative field and the last 6 working in User Experience. My specialties are in complex data wrangling projects, major brand CPG websites, full experience architecture and global regulations such as GDPR and WCAG 2.1 guidelines. I have a passion for accessible design (section 508 compliance) and balancing brand needs with user needs.

You might know me from my side projects.

I'm currently employed as a UX designer at Ogilvy & Mather.

I've worked mainly with WordPress and Drupal over the past 4 years alongside proprietary systems such as NetSuite / SuiteCommerce, Onyx and Mighty-Site. I use design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketch and was an Alpha tester of Adobe's Project Coment/ Experience Design. I've also worked on front-end development using HTML/CSS/SCSS.
