Changes.

It has been a while since I last posted and I have had about a bazillion things change in the past 3 months. I moved to Champaign, IL. I got a new job. I was diagnosed with CRPS.

Mostly, things have been good. The apartment is pretty spiffy. I have a huge kitchen & large bathroom and a teeny tiny living room. I have been cooking and experimenting with gluten free baking.

I am wrapping up the last of my web design clients. I have a few projects in the works (weddingique and frannycakes) as well as a second children’s book. (I need to finish it by Christmas so I have a present for the wee cousins in Connecticut!).

My new job is pretty awesome & I am working on some cool web initiatives there. They are also being understanding about this whole nerve nonsense.

So far this summer, I have had 6 lumbar sympathetic nerve blocks & 2 bier blocks. The second bier block resulted in a trip to the emergency room. I am currently in search of a new pain doc – one in Champaign, so I don’t have to travel.

That about sums up the past few months!

Next up: Germany!
