YarnCon 2009, Robots and photos!

Oh, has it been a year since YarnCon? I’, afraid it had been.  This year was a little sad. There was no cousin Christine. There was no knitting fiend cousin Beth (I am sorry I created that monster) Here is a preview of the yarn I got (I can’t post the rest because of Christmas suprises)

In addition to some super fun knitting and crafting nerdery, I am excited about my next client! (Well, technically, it is my company’s next client, but I am waaaaay excited about it!) It is a toy store all about robots!

I got some pretty cool pictures while I was there making the pitch:
I was in nerd heaven. I might just be buying a kit to buy a robot there for myself one of these days because it would be fun.

And, those pictures are from my phone, and not retouched in photoshop or any of the apps.  It really is that colorful and vibrant in there.

   YarnCon! That yarn looks lovely!
   We need to have a yarn crawl sometime soon.
   And have it possibly involve a bar ’cause I can play with the big kids now.

   I think a yarn crawl would be lovely. but we should do it when Beth comes home for Christmas.
